Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A donation will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Humble Artist Foundation Inc, a Florida non-profit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 42-3538689), Saint Petersburg, FL (“Sponsor”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in New York, Washington, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. Sweepstakes period

Each promotion runs for a defined entry period announced on the website. Start and end dates are posted on the entry page. Entries received outside the period are void.

5. How to enter

(a) Donation entry. Complete the online form and make a qualifying donation through the payment gateway. Entries are credited according to the active donation multiplier schedule.

(b) Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it to the Sponsor address in Saint Petersburg, FL provided on the entry page. One entry per envelope, postmarked by the deadline and received within seven days after the period closes. Mail-in entries receive the base number of entries and are limited to one per person per day.

6. Entry multiplier rules

Qualifying donations made during the active period receive additional entries per the posted multiplier schedule. Multiplier entries apply only to donations within the entry period. The schedule may change at Sponsor’s discretion. Donations are always optional.

7. Odds of winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

8. Prize

Prize description, approximate retail value, quantity, and restrictions are announced for each promotion on the website. No cash substitution or transfer except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

9. Winner selection & notification

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes and notified by email or mail. A potential winner who cannot be reached within 14 days, does not respond, or is ineligible may be disqualified and an alternate selected.

10. Winner verification

Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release. Failure to return documents within the stated time forfeits the prize.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC where required. Consult a tax advisor.

12. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of the entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes worldwide without further notice or compensation.

14. Disputes

These rules are governed by Florida law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

15. Winner list

For the names of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Sweepstakes Winner List address in Saint Petersburg within 60 days after the entry period closes.

16. Release and limitation of liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, prize providers, partners, and their respective representatives from any claim arising from participation or receipt of a prize, including claims related to unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, or injury or property damage.
